I have been looking for a rewarding full-time position ever since the college where I was an English professor and Chair of the department closed. Although I'd much rather be writing, I have to keep at my job search because my savings account is dwindling. Ugh!
I understand this predicament--it's such a common one for writers. I know very few who can write full time, and those who do are usually supported by a spouse. I think that's why so many of us try to find better habits and approaches to writing, so that we can find more time to write, or write more during the time we have outside of other jobs. I hope you find an ideal position soon!
