I'm really enjoying reading AH and usually I'm not big on books like it - but this one is practical, non-judgmental, and readable. Plus........a reminder of what's important. Thanks for the analysis!!

I'm usually not one for setting goals or upping productivity, but I like that this book focuses on routines, habits, and systems. It's been so interesting to apply these ideas and find which new habits are working well for me.
